  • How do I send my support? +

    RecoverCenter picks your damaged devices by a courier free of cost. Just give us a call and tell us the pickup address. Our logistics provider (Nacex) will go through your home/office, pick it up, and we deliver it to the laboratory within 24 hours. Do not forget to pack your drive/device using bubble wrap and a carton box if possible to avoid any transport damage. * USB pen drive is not included in the free of cost offer
  • How much does a diagnosis? +

    When your device is received at RecoverCenter lab is assigned to an engineer, who made a deep examination and prepare a diagnosis within no more than 3-4 hours. The 95% of cases, we can determine fault knowing the brand, model and symptoms of the device in just minutes. A complete diagnosis report, and data recovery quotation will be sent by email, and is absolutely free.
  • How long it takes to recover information from a disc? +

    The standard recovery service is about 6-8 working days from receipt of the disc in the laboratory. When the information is extremely critical, we have an urgent recovery service. If the information on your disk is recoverable, it will have no later than 96 working hours. For extreme emergencies, we have an immediate service. If the information in your record is recoverable, we will deliver it between 12 and 48 hours. * These estimated timing may change if your device has a physical breakdown and you need to locate a spare outside Spain
  • What happens if you cannot recover the information I need? +

    If RecoverCenter engineers cannot recover the critical information that you need from your disk, either physical or logical malfunction, or even if they are necessary parts brought from U.S., we will not charge you anything.
  • How do I get my recovered data? +

    Once the disc has been stabilized, and we've managed to extract the critical information you need, the disc is relatively useful, but will have less than 10% reliability and could fail again in minutes. RecoverCenter dump the information retrieved on another device so you can take it safely. You can provide RecoverCenter a new device to dump the data, or use one provided by available RecoverCenter. These RecoverCenter devices are USB external drives, and you have them available at standard market prices. If you bring the own device, and in order to protect our systems from viruses and malware, will make a deep format before performing the dump. Please, make sure that there are no information stored in this devise.
  • What can I do with the old devise? +

    Once the information stored in your device has been recovered, and because the container has opened, is unreliable and becomes scrap. RecoverCenter has an agreement with the nearest authorized recycling point, which removes broken devices once a week. All devices are cleaned, destroyed and recycled properly. RecoverCenter provides this service for free to their customers.
